true 24-hour service to clients, 365 days per
year.
We operate nationwide, with a computorised central
booking facility, supported by a database of
personnel staffed by experienced consultants
who support the Code of Practice and National
Care Standards. All calls to our local branches
are
Re-directed to the 24-hour on call manager that
will be answered directly outside of office
hours, the service is staffed around the clock.
On occasions our lines may be busy, but we assure
you that if you require assistance please leave
a detailed message and we will return your call
promptly. Once there, the on-call manager will
utilize our sophisticated computer systems to
access the same client and staff information
as our local branch, meaning the service you
receive is seamless.
We currently fulfill all placements
within half and hour of the request being made.
Of course we will be keeping you informed every
step of the way.

HOW TO BOOK ASSIGNMENTS
Simply telephone our main number
anytime, or fax which ever is more convenient.
Once through to our experienced consultant please
provide them with detailed information of the
assignments you require them to cover. We will
then source our database for staff. We can provide
consistency of staff and always endeavors to
return staff to organisations/facilities that
they are familiar with.
